Our Stiffner are designed for use in excellent tensile strength dimensional stability flexibility and shape retention in all types of shoes making it ideal for sports and safety footwear. The low-temperature hot melt sheet is used to replace the front lining and back sleeve of shoes which has high production efficiency. After shaping the shoe shape is straight and round not easy to deform and the comfort and beauty of shoes are greatly improved. The main application range of hot melt adhesive is in the front and back heel of shoes. Hot melt adhesive performs very well in high temperature resistance and reaction speed. The hardness of hot melt adhesive is generally hard.

  • Heat, often from a heat gun is applied to the counter stiffener through the shoe's materials.

The heat makes the stiffener pliable allowing it to be molded to the specific contours of the shoe and the foot.

As the material cools it hardens in its new shape, providing the desired stiffness and support.
